What does contracting your services entail?

Contracting my services is a simple and collaborative process. Once you reach out, you'll receive a welcome packet that outlines my pricing and helps identify which services you're interested in. It also includes a short questionnaire so I can get to know you, your goals, and your business or nonprofit better.

From there, I’ll draft a custom service agreement and send over your first invoice—50% of the total is due up front to kick off the project. Once that’s received, I’ll share a dedicated Google Drive folder with you. This space will house all important documents, tools, content, and anything else we’ll need to bring your project to life.

It’s a process designed to keep things clear, organized, and tailored to your specific needs from day one.

What services will be included in my package?

Each package is tailored to your businesses. What your package includes sole depends on what your business goals are. We will work together to discuss what services will help you meet those goals whether that is elevating your online presence, rebranding, updating a website or making a new one, email campaigns, or event promotions.

How can I pay you?

I currently take payments of check or cash. If mailing a check, please make it out to NW Summit: Websites. You can either drop that off with me or mail that to PO Box 1143, Newport, WA 99156.

What are your costs?

My pricing varies depending on the needs of your business or organization, as each package is custom-tailored. The welcome packet includes starting prices and an overview of services, but final costs depend on what you’re looking to contract, how much content is involved, and the estimated time to complete the project. I’m happy to work with different budgets when possible, and you’ll receive a detailed estimate and service outline to review and approve before any work begins—so you know exactly what to expect.
